In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity, innovation, and integrity. This role is highly visible and requires exceptional communication and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and meeting deadlines. This individual must be proactive, articulate, diplomatic, service-oriented, and able to learn preferences and anticipate needs. The Senior Executive Assistant will play a critical role in creating efficiencies to maximize leaders time and focus, while managing projects and building relationships with key stakeholders.About the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesManage the daily schedule of 1-2 senior leaders, coordinates logistics for internal and external meetings, anticipates and is proactive about conflicts and understanding priorities.Books complex domestic and international travel, including briefing preparation and detailed itineraries for travel.Organizes and drives projects, team and social events from start to finish. Includes managing peers and individuals senior to you in a fast-paced environment.Handles highly confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and with the utmost integrity.Assumes responsibility to ensure the executive meets commitments and deadlines; confirms that materials requested from others are received and requested actions are completed.Processes expense reports in Workday and ensures spend is within budget. Monitors and predicts spending and advises appropriately.Proactively identifies recognition opportunities and other special moments to surprise and delight workmates. Learns the team over time and has a pulse on team culture, and connects dots across functions.Strong collaborator and partner who builds relationships across the organizationAbout YouBasic Qualifications8+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting C-Suite/Senior level executives.Excellent skill set working with office applications including Outlook, Google/Microsoft Office suite. Other QualificationsAbility to re-prioritize at a moment’s notice with changing needs of the executive and proactively navigate past roadblocks as they arise.Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with little to no direction and guidance.
