We’re a diverse group of people, with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds, located across multiple locations within the region.About the RoleThe Sr. Engagement Manager is the day-to-day lead in the delivery and deployment of the VNDLY application and related services to our partners. They possess intimate knowledge of Workday deployment methodologies. They lead and manage multiple, concurrent small to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.In office expectations: This role can be based out of our Mason, OH, Atlanta, GA, NYC, Berwyn, PA, McLean, VA, Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN. This team works on a flex model (50% in-office, 50% remote)About YouBasic Qualifications - P45+ years of project management / PMO department experience supporting ERP large deployments for HCM, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain management, within medium enterprise, large enterprise or Fortune 500 clients3+ years of experience in VMS (Vendor Management System) industry or other SAAS (software as a service) industryOther QualificationsB.S. or M.S. in Computer Science / Information Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related experience.Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort with communication with senior leadersExperience in working virtually with internal teams, 3rd parties and customers to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframesAble to efficiently research customer issues and questions with a follow through to resolutionExperience in a customer facing services roles (consulting or account management) that includes issue resolution and customer concern management at both the business owner and executive levelsAbility to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneouslyExperience monitoring and reporting on key performance indicatorsAbility to accumulate and transform data into tangible reports and concrete information.
