We lead all aspects of programs to support team members, and accelerate operational excellence to improve and scale existing capabilities.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Associate (Junior level) Engagement and Communications Program Manager who puts employees at the forefront of everything they do. If you would like to help build and manage employee programs and communication, this is the role for you! In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead multiple simultaneous employee programs to completion, ensuring outcomes and timelines are met.Build strong connections across different levels and roles and influence with intent.Plan, develop, and deliver timely team member communications.About YouBasic QualificationsExperience as an IT enterprise Executive Assistant, Receptionist with a focus on employee engagement.Excellent copy-writing and editing skills as well as strong digital content generation skills with experience communicating to a broad employee population.Strong project planning and management skills with the ability to meet deadlines by handling competing and shifting priorities.Ability to express complex ideas concisely in easy-to-understand communications to a variety of audiences.Other QualificationsDetail oriented self-starter Strong ability to plan and run multiple employee programs simultaneouslySkilled listener and communicator A positive, can-do mindsetAbility to work independently, with general direction and mentorshipAre you being referred to one of our roles?
