We are collaborating with internal and external SMEs to craft valid, defensible exams that will ensure our customers and consultants are ready to deploy, configure, and optimize Workday.About the RoleIn this role, you'll work with partners and consultants to design and develop exams for a variety of courses and certification tracks. You will lead workshops to build exam blueprints, write high-quality exam questions, clone items, and set cut scores. You will also research and collaborate with the team to establish standard processes for remote proctoring, exam security, and automated grading.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience with taking a list of job tasks and, with help from SMEs, decide how best to assess a candidate's ability to perform these tasks in their role.3+ years of experience as an item writer who can quickly draft exam questions to measure candidates' performance.Familiar with psychometric principles and know how to use data to gauge item exposure and overall exam health.As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law.
