We are looking for a seasoned compensation professional to support multiple businesses at Workday, and partner with the rest of the Compensation team to help define and complete our compensation strategy on a global basis.About the RoleTypical responsibilities include:Build and maintain a competitive compensation strategy that attracts and retains top-performing talent and motivates performance in Workday’s international marketsServe as the subject matter authority for compensation in international marketsAct as a strategic partner to the broader People & Purpose teams to ensure that all compensation programs align with our talent philosophy and strategic goals of the companyPartner with HR business parters to strategize and develop compensation programs to resolve complex issuesDevelop cost models on a variety of global compensation programsAct as the Compensation partner supporting a specific global functional groupProvide overall compensation support throughout our recurring compensation processes Maintain job structures and associated pay ranges to ensure market competitiveness and scalabilityCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and people leaders with compensation recommendations on complex job offersPartner with International Benefits leader to ensure Workday offers competitive Total Reward packageAd hoc projects, as assignedAbout YouAbout YouAbility to support global teams while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across different time zones and regionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a matrix organization to deliver optimal solutions and resultsExperience in leading large-scale projects with heavy change management requirements Strong project management and interpersonal skillsRequired Experience12 years of compensation experienceBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (ideally with Human Resource, compensation, benefits and/or organizational development concentration); Advanced degree preferred.Experience collaborating with other HR functions to set compensation strategiesProven experience in analyzing market data and designing and implementing compensation programs across multiple geographiesIn-depth knowledge of compensation programs, policies, and regulationsAdvanced proficiency with Excel, Word and Power PointPrior experience using Workday HCM strongly preferredAre you being referred to one of our roles?
