Candidates must be self-driven, detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to challenge development assumptions to reduce the risk of poor user experience. You will contribute to improving the organizational capabilities for test driven development while ensuring software is designed in a way that enables effective and efficient testing. We provide an environment for you to work in a team to demonstrate full project life cycle plans for complex projects. We will support you to continuously grow your professional skills through various opportunities.Responsibilities Develop, maintain and execute test cases, based on functional requirements.Identify and test for functional 'edge' cases outside of expected functionality workflow Identify opportunities to automate workflows to increase reliability and predictabilityImprove regression testing scope and processTest environment & test data creation when requiredPromote testing guidelines, methodologies, and standards for VNDLY throughout the SDLC Define test strategies and test manuals for VNDLY to track and fix software issues About YouBasic Qualifications:5+ years’ experience testing web applications.5+ years’ experience in software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes.3+ years’ experience in identifying regression and automation test scenarios.3+ years’ experience understanding and testing with (Application Programming Interfaces) APIs.3+ years’ experience testing relational and non-relational databases.3+ years’ experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) systems environment.Other Qualifications:B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information SystemsGeneral understanding of test frameworks, programming languages, and automation libraries (e.g., Selenium, CodeceptJS, JUnit, Jest, JavaScript).Experience with Cloud Service Providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Strong ability to resolve software issues through debugging.As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
