Product Managers at Workday are involved in all aspects of the product life cycle. They understand our customers' needs through data-driven research, customer engagement, hypothesis testing, design features that solve those needs, and evangelize changes to both internal and external stakeholders, all while collaborating with engineers to deliver an outstanding end-product.About the RolePlease note: This position will be based in our Atlanta, GA offices. Workday has a hybrid work model.We are seeking a phenomenal Senior Product Manager with a passion for solving problems and product growth to join our Time Management team (Absence Management and Time Tracking), where in this role we expect you to become a key player in both strategy and execution for building upon the Workday Time Management product's capabilities today. Ideally you’ll come with deep product or domain knowledge, an experienced product management background and are comfortable living in customer research and data-driven prioritization and analysis. You’ll be expected to work hand-in-hand with scrum teams to define, design and develop the next generation of features for global Time Management solutions.
