The engineering team consists of software engineering, dev ops, QA, and testing professionals that function across the full software development lifecycle (build, test, deploy, runstate): (1) new application development, (2) enhancing platform capabilities, and (3) Site reliability engineering or SRE.About the RoleThis is a highly visible individual technical leadership role responsible for the outcomes and success of engineering teams that play a key role in delivering a world-class Workday Community experience. Specifically this role is responsible for:Architecture thought leadershipWorking with technical leadership to establish architecture excellence in designs, research and visibility. Standardizing deployment systems and ensuring quality across dev partner teams.Setting the foundation for automating the SDLC to drive efficiency, quality, and transparency.
