To do that, we are hands-on when it comes to Executive Coaching, M&A Integration, & Talent Management initiatives and we take a visible, lead role in org design and change management. One close partner is the Talent Programs leader that also reports to the VP, HRBP & OE leader for Corporate Functions and Marketing.
