Founded by PeopleSoft veterans Dave Duffield and Aneel Bhusri, Workday delivers Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financial Management and Worker Spend Management solutions for midsize and Fortune 500 companies.The Managing Partner (MP) North America Field Services is a member of the regional Services Management Team and is responsible for the overall success of an assigned group of deploying and production customers.About the RoleAs a Workday Managing Partner (MP) of North America Field Services:You will participate in the sales cycles to help support the customer journey, from implementation to value realization in production for prospects that will become part of their portfolio.You will develop and maintain executive C-level relationships, have overall responsibility for the successful deployment of the Workday solution, position additional services into their customer base and ensure they’re getting maximum value from the product.You will collaborate with Account Executives and Services Executives to position and sell Workday deployment and post production servicesYou will be measured on customer satisfaction, customer portfolio bookings, regional services revenue, and individual management objectives.You will assist with the development of Governance and Support Plans based on best practices and industry experienceYou will work with the account team to develop and execute on account plans and feature adoption strategies for each customer in their portfolio and engage other service resources as necessaryYou will serve on and actively participate in customer steering committee meetingsYou will provide direction and support to Workday and Services Partner project teams especially as it relates to scope, budget, timeline and critical deployment issuesYou will act as the escalation point to facilitate and resolve customer and/or project issuesYou will work with customer to drive adoption of the Workday solution guiding them in the implementation of new features and products and positioning additional services to support their strategyYou will drive customer self-sufficiency by ensuring their customers understand how to engage with the Workday services organization and enablement offeringsYou will review and approve all services contract amendmentsYou will leverage customer relationships as needed for prospect references and marketing efforts#LI-LLR2About You​Basic Qualifications7+ years of experience deploying successfully large and complex projects in Financials, HCM, Payroll and Supply Chain at a project/program manager levelExposure to Healthcare Providers industryHave developed/maintained executive C-level relationships for 5+ yearsOther QualificationsWorkday's Financials or Supply Chain Management or WSP product knowledge is highly desirableProven track record in positioning and selling professional services and additional productsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple customers' demands balancing customer satisfaction with revenue and profitability targetsLeadership abilities to motivate and manage a matrixed team of individuals at multiple levels within an organizationWillingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever necessaryExcellent communication, management, negotiation, presentation, and organization skillsTeam player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customersAbility to travel up to 50%As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer.
