We offer an excellent benefits scheme that includes company holiday days, pension, health care, employee assistance, fitness program, family support and many other features.About the RoleWe are looking for a Presales Manager to lead a team of Financials Presales Solution Consultants aligned to the Medium Enterprise Retail, Hospitality, and Diversified Industries market segment. You and your team will work closely with the Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors to qualify prospective customers for Workday and align the Presales team to cover the active accounts in your territory. You will also work with Sales to build pipeline and support demand generation activities, with shared responsibility for meeting and exceeding new business growth targets.In addition to sales opportunity support, you will assist your team in growing their careers, and set the strategy and execution plan for your business. A key focus area for every Presales leader at Workday is to mentor and guide our team.Together, we will ensure the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide Workday's customers to outstanding business outcomes.
