You will partner with sales management and the broader sales organization to drive and accelerate our performance in achieving our growth goals for the planning business in North America while contributing to the hiring and development of the next generation of amazing Presales Solution Consultants at Workday. We offer an excellent benefits package that includes company holiday days, unlimited vacation, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k) match, health care, employee assistance, fitness program, family support and many other features.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic individual to lead a team of Presales Solution Consultants focused on growing our planning business in partnership with the Workday Net New and Customer Base teams.  You will work closely with stakeholders from across the company (solution consulting leadership, sales leadership, sales operations, marketing, and product) to continuously evolve and improve how we go to market in our net new and customer base segments.  This includes optimizing your team’s time and partnering to leverage our extended teams wherever possible.  With an eye on continuous improvement, you’ll bring your domain experience, energy and ideas to be a part of defining and refining how Workday succeeds and grows with specialized products. In addition to process optimization and sales opportunity support, you will assist your team in growing their careers, and set the strategy and execution plan for your business. A key focus area for every Presales leader at Workday is to mentor and guide your team.  Together, we will ensure the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide Workday's customers to outstanding business outcomes.
