Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamBrand Advertising Team member.About the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned advertising professional to lead global advertising projects numerous sports sponsorships.The advertising manager will support the Global Advertising & Brand Lead on:Manage the development and execution of brand advertising assets for digital and paid social channels while ensuring tight integration with overall brand campaign.Manage creative transcreation process to ensure approved global messaging is transcreated to be locally relevant.Manage creative rotation and assets trafficking details with media team and agencies in support of approved creative rotation plans.Support the development and execution of brand video, print, audio, OOH and event activation.Supports development and execution of employee education and inspiration assets in support of brand advertising activities.Partner with internal stakeholders to finalize messaging for the approved assets, including Solutions Marketing and Legal.Partner with internal media team, web, project management to manage the on-time delivery of the assets.Liaise with the advertising agency and internal creative – providing consolidated input, ensuring clarity and managing the day to day process.Ensure creative asset “look book” and source files are up to date with latest creative.Support internal ad requests with PMO team via Workfront.About YouBasic QualificationsYou are an experienced advertising professional with a minimum of 5 years of ad agency and corporate side marketing experience.Other QualificationsHas led or supported the execution of advertising campaigns with a solid understanding of the production process – in support of media plan deliverablesGood attention to detail and strong budget management skills.Enjoys collaboration and likes working with smart, fun, passionate people.Knows MS excel/ppt or comparable programs like Google.Preferably has B2B experience and has some understanding of the ERP category.As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer.
