The Update Validation team plays a key role in ensuring conversions are delivered with quality.We cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and aspirational goal setting; encouraging team members to do things differently and learn new technologies and ways of working.About the RoleThe team is seeking a highly skilled, self motivated, functional analyst with technical curiosity. Workday experience is a plus. The candidate will work with a team to successfully transition our customers from one Workday update to the newest update. In this position, you will have a meaningful role collaborating and problem solving with a variety of teams in our development organization to improve the customer update experience.About YouWe need someone who exudes Customer Success and is Passionate about doing what’s right for the customer! Has high energy and contagious passion for making improvements. You enjoy working independently with a “make it happen” attitude; and can operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity; you are a problem solver and a quick learner! You are a proactive worker who loves to tackle issues to resolution. A team player with superb communication skills.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation or upgrade experienceProven experience running HCM/FIN or implementing HCM/FIN enterprise softwareExperience with specific tools; Excel, Jira, ConfluenceOther QualificationsAttention to detail and strong analytical problem solving skillsCollaborative team player; ability to work in cross-functional teamsGreat under pressure and multi-taskingExcellent analytical and organizational skills for troubleshooting and problem determinationExperience with Diff Tools (K-Diff, Oxygen, Beyond Compare) Are you being referred to one of our roles?
