If you have a stellar track record of success selling software solutions through partners to SMB customers, are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic environment, then Workday is the place for you. If you want to be part of something exciting, please read on!About the RoleRole & ResponsibilitiesBuild and drive a Territory Plan to drive sales growth in the SMB marketOwn net new logo acquisition and revenue target for assigned SMB territoryAssist in driving pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, execute quotes and contracts preparation and execution     Work with Adaptive Planning Channel Directors, Marketing and Enablement to plan and execute to deliver territory successEstablish and maintain critical relationships within the PartnersEnsure partner balances pipeline sourced through their efforts and pipeline passed WorkdayExcellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplaceAbout YouBasic Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in software sales or channel salesExperience selling SaaS/Cloud based software solutionsExperience in a team selling collaborative environmentOther QualificationsExperience of selling planning, forecasting reporting solutionsUnderstand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday into companies and partnersExperience in cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partnersProven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAs a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
