We develop cloud software that helps our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across different sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems. In order to complete our mission we believe in retaining an exceptional engineering team with a passion for code quality and excellent design.About the RoleIn this role you will ensure that the team has a high-level engagement by communicating clear roles, providing career development opportunities, giving recognition and regular feedback, and creating a safe and lively environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities include ensuring quality assurance excellence, planning and delivering on roadmaps and allocating the team. You will maintain focus on building and growing people including recruiting, motivating, empowering and developing talent.You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to provide estimates and initial assessment for proposed projects, plan releases, as well as track and report progress, balancing resources as needed to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. You will work with the QA members daily, helping them to develop testing strategies, navigate ambiguity and priorities. It is your job to make sure that QA is operating efficiently and help to remove any impediments.The applicant for this role should be a self-starter who embraces technical challenges and continuous learning. Ideal individuals should understand how to develop and implement testing strategies that are efficient, lean and executable in a fast paced environment.  We will support you to continuously grow your skills through various opportunities.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years in managing a team of 3-7 direct reports in quality and testing methodologies.10 years in software quality assurance and working with QA teams.Other Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems. Demonstrates excellent analytical problem-solving skills Outstanding ability to effectively represent Quality Assurance in multi-functional teams. Knowledge of SaaS applications, SaaS deployment models, and SaaS DevOps Prior experience working with Amazon Web Services.Experience with modern testing paradigms such as Test Driven Development. Experience with Django, HTML, and CSS. Experience working in an agile development environment Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
