Ready to be a Titan?The Accounts Payable Specialist in Armenia will deliver an impact in our organization by supporting our Armenia and US Entity operations. Functions include supporting the monthly and quarterly accounting close processes and helping to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting via correct coding application of payables.What you'll do: Assist in processing and managing all P.O. and non-P.O. invoices daily in an efficient and timely mannerClassify invoices and expense reports with correct GL accounts and departments, ensuring proper entry into the financial systemReceive, research, and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning payment statusAssist in month-end close activities – Payables accruals, Invoice adjustments, Ad hoc payment adjustmentsCoordinating email responses to our business partners and vendorsInvestigating and resolving operational errors or revisions in the system as neededApproving expense reports for employee reimbursements in guideline with our T&E policyPrepare monthly account reconciliationsAd hoc projects and assignments – Vendor Management, Audit support, Narratives, Process workflows, Record management in travel program, etc.What you'll need:3+ year experience as an AP specialist/Operational Accounting or similar roleMust be able to support partial US hours Understanding of accounting theory (e.g US GAAP, IFRS) a plExperience with ERP Systems, Workday experience is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to own and follow up on issues until completionA successful candidate will be Organized, Detail Oriented, and Responsible.As the company continues to experience rapid growth pattern and our payable volume continue to increase, additional resource is needed in the Account Payable team to process vendor’s invoices and payment accurate and timely.
