The Vice President of Business Technology will need to be an agile builder who champions modern practices and has a solid foundation in engineering culture and process-driven solutions. This leader must have demonstrated a high level of cross-functional collaboration given a large number of stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Lead an IT organization of ~60 technical people across Data Platform, Infrastructure, IT Shared Services, and IT Tech Services to drive customer centric solutions, efficient integration and movement of data between systems.Partner closely with business stakeholders on their needs and interests, listening and translating those needs into solutions through hyper alignment and partnership with IT product management counterpart and their product management teams overseeing GTM, Finance and People Systems. Approach complex internal system solutions and builds iteratively; breaking up problems into quick wins that keeps the business constantly progressing.Apply business acumen and technical expertise to prioritize solutions that unlock value in each phase of the roadmap or process, giving stakeholders positive momentum and allowing for feedback loops / adjustments along the way.Drive company-wide IT initiatives cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Security, People Ops, Finance, and Legal.Deliver business results in the areas of IT Operations, IT Security and compliance, Enterprise business systems, business processes, and system integration.Evaluate, deploy, and manage ServiceTitan's Corporate system architecture and make decisions on current and future IT systems to improve Customer Perception of Service Quality; whether that be to build in-house, integrate with external systems, or some combination of the two.Manage the $30M information systems budget including making business cases for additional budget and staffing.Develop and execute the infrastructure and digital workplace for hyper-growth and scalability for a multi-market and multi-product company. Be customer zero for ServiceTitan product features that enable an IT organization. Build an engineering culture that contributes back to the ServiceTitan product.Leverage data analytics and machine learning technologies into ServiceTitan’s IT. What You’ll BringExperience:Technical Background: Engineering training and experience building software; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Modern IT Leadership: Experience leading Data Platform, Infrastructure, IT Shared Services with an engineer’s approach to design, development, and implementation of systems either built in-house or integrated with external systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, Workday, Visier, etc.).Company Experience: High growth and fast-paced, preferably enterprise, SaaS company. Customer Experience: Running IT for a B2B (or complex B2C) business; serving cross-functional customers.Leadership Skills:Hands-on leader with an analytical mind, great problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and drive change across and organization. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $213,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
