This Product Manager will be responsible for delivering a customer journey management system product with the core focus on streamlining every stage of the customer experience, automating best practices, and driving customer value realization. This is a critical role within ServiceTitan with the opportunity to make a significant impact on company business objectives and customer outcomes.As a Senior Product Manager - Customer Journey:What you'll do:Develop and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Customer Journey productEngage closely with our customers and prospects to understand their current processes and needs, translating those into product capabilities and requirementsDefine the measurable impact customer journey solutions will have on our customersPresent your analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and receive their buy-in Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team of developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and other team members to deliver impactful customer experiences and outcomesDefine and drive the success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plansHave a GM mindset, and proactively monitor and manage business performance and customer outcomes (ex. new logo signups, churn, NPS/sentiment, usage, qualitative feedback, etc.)Plan future improvements based on the above data points.Be responsible for the product’s life cycle from concept to launch through value realization What you'll bring:7+ years experience as a product manager, SaaS products strongly preferredDelivered products from concept to launchDevelop a strong vision, strategy and roadmap for our customer journey productAn influential leader who can rally a cross-functional team and receive their buy-inExpert presentation and executive management skills Strong organizational, written and oral communication skillsDrive decision making based on qualitative and quantitative feedbackProven ability to deliver on commitments and timelinesAbility to thrive in a dynamic and globally distributed environmentExperience with agile development methodologies like Scrum4-year degree from a top universityBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 - $162,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
