Ready to be a Titan?The Productized Assets team at ServiceTitan is seeking a highly motivated and organized Content Automation Manager to join our team. In this role you will oversee the production of high-quality, engaging, strategic, and relevant content for our productized assets that generate revenue for the trades and teach our Pro product tools.What you'll do:You will work closely with the Productized Assets team to manage the content delivery process, analyze campaign performance and trends, optimize content for target audiences, review copy for accuracy, and manage analytics. To achieve success in this role, you must possess experience working with automation tools, have an understanding of content marketing principles, and be an expert opportunity seeker.Additionally, you’ll be an integral contributor to the strategic direction of our productized assets team and collaborate with stakeholders to set successful automations and exceed goals.Manage the production of templates for our productized assets, ensuring all templates are aligned with a marketing strategy that will increase the trade's brand awareness, community support, lead generation, etc.Oversee copywriting inputs, providing guidance and direction to ai tools to ensure all content meets our quality standards and is checked for plagiarism and duplicate content.Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events to promote our productized assets and ServiceTitan Pro Product Tools.Regularly report on the success of our content efforts and analyze data to inform future strategies.Manage our social media presence, creating and curating content that engages our audience and drives revenue.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our content stays relevant and efficient.Utilize AI tools to automate and streamline the content production process, while also exploring new AI tools to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the content marketing industry.Collaborate with the content team of designers to develop and implement new content to enhance our content production processes, leveraging AI tools and other innovative technologies.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content marketing and automation, and make recommendations for new tools and technologies that can improve our content production processes and overall efficiency.In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive significant change and impact in our content production processes, leveraging AI and other innovative technologies to improve our overall efficiency and effectiveness. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $102,000 - $147,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
