Ready to Be a Titan?ServiceTitan is looking for a self-motivated Senior IT Manager with CPQ and Billing experience to join our Business Technology team, and have hands-on Salesforce Platform and CRM Sales domain expertise.The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading a sales system team of administrators and developers to deliver high-quality solutions for our CPQ and billing processes in a scrum environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Salesforce, as well as experience in CPQ and billing administration including production support. Partner with Product Manager and product analyst to drive the enhancements and improvements to the salesforce sales domain.What You'll Do:Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions for our CPQ and billing processes in Salesforce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to enhance CPQ and billing processes and systems.Manage the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment using Scrum and agile methodologies.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical requirements, and project plans.Monitor CPQ and billing processes and troubleshoot issues as needed.Measurable metrics to share the success of deliverables and projects.Ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date in Salesforce.Interact directly with Product Manager and Product Analyst to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification \ design documents and collaborate in teams. And develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.Communicate with project managers and other developers to implement cohesive projects and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfullyStay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ and billing system functionality. What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce with a focus on CPQ and billing functionality.Expert understanding of Salesforce CPQ and billing concepts, including pricing, product catalogs, invoicing, payments and revenue recognition.Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce using standard and custom objects, fields, and workflows.Experience in managing projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.Knowledge of Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards.Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans in a Scrum environment.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Salesforce CPQ and Billing certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist) preferred.Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent) preferred.Experience in team leadership and project management.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
