Ready to be a Titan?We are seeking a Sr Salesforce Admin and Production Support specialist with experience in CPQ Billing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, CPQ Billing, and production support, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.What You’ll Do:Provide daily production support for Salesforce CPQ Billing solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.Should be able to effectively debug apex and CPQ issues in production using the system and browser logs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and ensure the production environment meets business needs.Maintain system configuration, user profiles, security settings, and data integrity.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configuration and user guides.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.Manage data load and migration and integration projects, including mapping and validation of data.Effectively prioritize and ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner.Determine and facilitate the involvement of cross functional IT colleagues and business collaborators to resolve complex issues.What You’ll Bring:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and support with a focus on CPQ /Billing functionality (Revenue Cloud).Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product catalog, pricing, quotes, contracts, and billing.Experience in CPQ Data Migration.Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationshipsExperience in production support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to be thorough and proactive when dealing with end users, stakeholders, and business partners.Must have Salesforce app builder or Platform dev Certification , CPQ is plus. Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
