Junior Analyst, FP&A (part-time)

Ready to be a Titan?ServiceTitan is a SaaS company that provides a business management software solution to the Home Services vertical and is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst  to join our dynamic company.  This role may be located in our Headquarters, in Glendale, CA or may potentially be remote. This position will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A, and will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast paced environment and enjoy making an impact on a rapidly growing tech startup. The applicant will be a passionate, motivated, detailed, deadline driven, and hard-working individual with some experience in FP&A and/or accounting. This opportunity will play a supporting role within the FP&A team that partners with Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Enablement.  What you'll do:Update actuals and forecast templates using Adaptive Planning (budgeting tool)Budget to Actual variance analysisPrepare monthly forecast and accrual filesAssist with month end close review processPrepare and update the monthly forecast calendarUpdate and validate various financial metric reportsDocumentation of process and proceduresProvide support within FP&A as neededOther tasks as requiredWhat you'll bring:Senior or recent graduate of a 4 year accredited college majoring in Accounting or Finance.  Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Word.Self-motivated fast learner with a strong work ethic, and desire to fully complete deliverables/tasks on time.Strong written and verbal skills communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and some accounting or finance experience a plus.At ServiceTitan, we celebrate individuality and uniqueness.
