Job Summary:Office Administration- The FillmoreWe have an opening for a part-time office administrator to support the Office Manager and General Manager in the venue office during the day. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responding to customer questions via phone and emailCoordinating vendors and morning deliveries Maintaining office supplies and equipment Assist all department heads on show days with tasks as neededCoordinate parking requests and any issues with garbage pick-up each morningProof reading and assisting marketing as needed Handle incoming mail, filing and logging invoices Manage Key system Maintain storage areas Other job duties as assigned Qualifications :PunctualGood communicatorProblem solver Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Ability to prioritize and manage projects and stay organized Efficient in MS Office Programs Other duties as assignedVaccination requiredPhysical Requirements/Work Environment Sit for extended periods of time at a desk.
