Job Summary:Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Ushers to join our team part-time in Madison, WI. This role may work at our music venues such as The Majestic, the Orpheum, the Sylvee, and more! We’re a full-service concert promotion company involved in every facet of live entertainment events. This includes talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, venue operations and more.  We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO and Charleston, SC.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet and assist guests with locating their seatsMaintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staffAssist guests with complaints or problemsProvide assistance to guests utilizing ADA seatingAssist with venue set up, per the direction of the event organizerAssist with emptying trash cans and general clean upFollow company protocol as communicated by venue managementAll other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Applicable experience working in a bar or venue environmentKnowledgeable about the seating arrangements and exitsAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsPossess leadership qualities based on teamworkPleasant and friendly dispositionAbility to adapt and be flexibleStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a concert environment that includes loud conditions and lighting effectsMust be able to perform duties for 8+ hours while walking and standing, including climbing flights of stairsBackground check requiredFrank Productions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and believes in equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
