You will attend to initial needs such as water and otherbeverages as time permits, work with food servers, cover stations, and assist as needed.Brooklyn Bowl New YorkBusser• Properly sets and cleans tables for guest arrival; using appropriate silverware,tableware and paper goods• Clears tables promptly after meal so that there is room for additional items to beserved• Clear table of remaining items and wipe clean of any debris after the guests leavethe restaurant (the chairs and floor underneath the table are also cleaned at thistime)• See to it that items on the table such as condiment containers are all wiped cleanprior to seating of new guest• Side work including but not limited to; organizing refrigerators, removal of emptycans, glasses, and other unnecessary items; notifying dining room runner of anyshortages; cleaning of all shelves and removal of all debris, during and at end ofshift; rinsing and wiping clean all equipment used; distributing and returning allcondiments to appropriate areas• As time permits, assist food server in beverage and water service• Additional duties as requested by the restaurant management; in accordance withall Health Code and Alcohol Regulations• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restauranttables• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prepwork and equipment maintenance• Must deliver beverages as needed• Must be able to work in high volume• Work together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experienceResponsibilities• High School diploma or GED preferred• Valid Food Safety/Health Card required• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays• Will be moving throughout the restaurant during the entire shift• Will be lifting and carrying approximately 30-40 pounds repeatedly• Will perform reaching and stooping motions• Will be working in an environment with loud music, smoke and crowds forextended periods of time• Will be standing or in stationary position for entire shift*THE PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS LISTED ARE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION.
