Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is the ultimate night out, with its groundbreaking integration of premiere music, 24 lanes of bowling, 2 bars, featuring locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group. Job Description:As a Box Office agent you will be responsible in assisting guests with their show ticket needs. Box Office agents are resources for all guest questions with an energetic, upbeat and positive attitude. They generate revenue by selling and issuing show tickets directly to guests at the Box Office, and they are responsible for collecting funds/documentation for tickets.Responsibilities:• Processing and verifying credit card and cash transactions• Maintain constant surveillance of cash drawer to ensure accuracy• Maintain superior customer service both in person and over the phones• Answer phone promptly and with a pleasant demeanor• Guest relations• Will call window• Processing opening and closing paperwork• Knowledge of talent and entertainment• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance• Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directedQualifications:• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering, customer service• Entry level knowledge of basic computer operation and point of sales systems• Excellent skills in customer service, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, multi-task environment, attention to detail• Ability to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume, and sometimes stressful environment• High School Diploma or GED• Previous Ticketing experience (preferred)• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Physical Demands/Working Environment:Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feetOur Benefits:Competitive compensationProfessional career developmentAdditional benefitsIf the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at http://www.livenation.com/careers/(search Brooklyn Bowl Philly) for the opportunity to join the Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia team!
