Job Summary:Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Security to join our team part-time in Madison, WI. This role may work at our music venues such as The Majestic, the Orpheum, the Sylvee, and more! We’re a full-service concert promotion company involved in every facet of live entertainment events. This includes talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, venue operations and more.  We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO and Charleston, SC.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guestsMaintain and oversee operations for entry into the venueIdentify any issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue managementAssist with venue set up, per the direction of the event organizerAssist with emptying trash cans and general clean upCommunicate clearly with staff and guestsFollow company protocol as communicated by venue managementAll other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Applicable experience working security or in a bar or venue environmentAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsAbility to work in adverse weather conditions as necessaryPossess leadership qualities based on teamworkAbility to handle difficult situations in a professional mannerPleasant and friendly dispositionAbility to adapt and be flexibleAbility to work in a concert environment that includes loud conditions and lighting effectsMust be able to perform duties for 8+ hours while walking and standing, including climbing flights of stairsAbility to perform physical labor in order to satisfy job responsibilities, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting as necessaryMust be able to lift or move up to 150 pounds using proper lifting techniques, as necessaryStrong verbal and written communication skillsBackground check requiredFrank Productions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and believes in equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
