Job Summary:Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Cleaners to join our team part-time in the Columbia, MO area. Positions are open at the Rose Music Hall and Blue Note venues. The ideal candidate will have custodial or venue experience. Title and pay will be commensurate with experience. We’re a full-service concert promotion company involved in every facet of live entertainment events. This includes talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, venue operations and more. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO and Charleston, SC.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for cleaning the assigned facility after all eventsFollow the provided company policies and checklists, ensuring that each of the steps are completed after each event Perform a deep clean of the facility on a monthly basisDeep clean the carpets quarterlyWork closely with teammates to ensure cleaning efficiency and effectivenessAll other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Willingness to work unconventional hours in order to satisfy job responsibilitiesAbility to perform physical labor in order to satisfy job responsibilities, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting as necessaryMust be able to perform duties for 8+ hours while walking and standing, including climbing flights of stairsWill be required to handle cleaning chemicals and suppliesExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workAbility to trouble-shoot; solve problems independently and proactivelyHigh attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsProfessional and friendly demeanorAbility to adapt quickly to changes and provide quality deliverablesFrank Productions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and believes in equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
