Job Summary:Job Summary:Frank Productions is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Accounting team for the Spring Semester (2023). This is a paid opportunity with 20-25 hours of work scheduled each week.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reconcile various accountsTrack and record bank activityPrepare and post recurring monthly journal entriesPrepare all bank reconciliationsPrepare ACH and wire requestsAssist with forecastingAssist with fixed assetsAssist accounting team with administrative functionsEnsure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controlsAll other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional mannerAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsExcellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds and important deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt and be flexibleAbility to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messagingCommitted to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionProficient with Microsoft OfficeFrank Productions was established in Madison, WI in 1964 and is one of the largest concert promotion companies in the United States.
