Job Summary:The HR Manager is a generalist HR role providing operational and strategic support across Asia (9 Countries), reporting into the Regional HR Director, APAC.You will partner directly with our Senior Leaders and Managing Directors to provide strategic people-related coaching and advice on all matters relating to people and development. This includes organisational design, change management, performance management and development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, training, and diversity & wellbeing.This person will need to be comfortable having a hands-on approach as the role will have a strong operational focus for the first 12 months - establishing policies and procedures, creating induction/onboarding/off-boarding processes and material and reviewing our ways of working to optimise how we service and deliver a superb end-to-end employee experience.
