Job Summary:Title: VIP Usher/Greeter/Ticket TakerHollywood Casino Amphitheatre is now hiring fun, energetic and music-lovin' people to fill this season's open positions. Hours begin in April with trainings and concerts conclude in October, with eligibility for rehire for the 2024 concert season. The Role:High level customer service is the key! This position works closely with our season ticket holders making sure their event experience is top notch! An outgoing personality, plus being detail oriented and great memory recall are valued skills in this position. The standard greeter/ticket taker/usher duties still apply, such as help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue (especially the private box and club areas) and engage with all guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.
