Job Summary:Responsibilities:•Process single ticket sales at the box office for patrons at events.•Process ticket refunds when approved by the Box Office Manager.•Lookup ticket purchase records and print tickets•Distribute pre-purchased tickets to patrons at the box office on demand•Resolve ticketing problems•Provide information to patrons concerning events, ticket policies, ticket pricing and availability.•Handle cash for ticket purchase transactions and give proper change as appropriate, balancing cash and tickets at the end of the shift.•Maintain good customer relations and service.*This position hourly rate can range from $15.74-$18.88 depending on experience and qualifications*----------The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:$15.74 USD Hourly** Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
