Job Summary:Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Security Guards to join our team part-time in the Columbia, MO area. Positions are open at the Rose Music Hall and Blue Note venues. The ideal candidate will have security or venue experience. Title and pay will be commensurate with experience. We’re a full-service concert promotion company involved in every facet of live entertainment events. This includes talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, venue operations and more.  We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO and Charleston, SC.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a safe and secure environment for patronsMaintain and oversee operations for entry into the venueIdentify any issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue managementCommunicate clearly with staff and patronsFollow company protocol as communicated by venue managementAll other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Applicable experience working security or in a bar or venue environmentAbility to trouble-shoot; solve problems independently and proactivelyMust be able to perform duties for 8+ hours while walking and standing, including climbing flights of stairsAbility to perform physical labor in order to satisfy job responsibilities, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting as necessaryMust be able to lift or move up to 150 pounds using proper lifting techniques, as necessaryPossess leadership qualities based on teamworkAbility to handle difficult situations in a professional mannerPleasant and friendly dispositionAbility to adapt quickly to changes and provide quality deliverablesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBackground check requiredFrank Productions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and believes in equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
