Job Summary:JOB DESCRIPTION – Finance Administrator ILocation: HollywoodDivision: Ticketmaster USLine Manager:   ManagerContract Terms: 40 hours per week (full time)THE TEAMThe contract management function of our team is to effectively capture contractual terms with our clients, validate event creation/build, verify service charge revenues, calculate and remit settlement payments to our clients in a timely and accurate manner.THE JOBWe are seeking a finance administrator, who in the role will work closely with financial contract user agreements and interpret how terms are programmed in SAP and CAS systems.  You will also work with the local market to timely and accurately reconcile programmed events in SAP.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate well across departmentsWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGRead and enter the contractual client user agreement terms in SAP/ICM/CASCoordinate with CDD’s and RFD’s to clarify contract language royalty interpretationBuild/Create contract shell for vendor fixed and settlement paymentsRunning a monthly report to notify RFD’s of clients with deals that are expiringMaintain vendor master information and make changes as requestedProvide contract service charges and terms to other internal departments/fieldMonitor contract expiration report and communicate to appropriate internal contactOur Job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities.
