Job Summary:THE ROLE:VIP staff will engage with and aid all Live Nation clients that purchase VIP club access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events. Job Functions:Assist in all aspects of the VIP/Premium Seat Services experience - including the club, pavilion/box seats, and parking lotMake sure VIP Club and VIP Boxes are show readyWelcome guests as they enter the VIP entrance. Scan tickets, issue wristbands/credentialsAnswer questions, show guests to their seats, and assist with any other needs that may arise throughout the eveningMonitor VIP Boxes to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permittedDeliver exemplary customer service to exceed expectations and maintain customer loyaltyHelp the PSS team and wait-staff keep the VIP Club tidy and running smoothly throughout the showServe as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event detailsAid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experiencePartner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc.Other tasks as assigned by the VIP Club Supervisor, PSS Coordinator, or ManagementQualifications:At least 2 years in Guest Services roleUpbeat, positive personalityAcute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacyA strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programsPosition requires constant walking, standingMust be willing and able to work in various weather conditions, including rain and heat
