At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on! THE ROLEReporting to the Director, Employee Ticketing you will provide support to Employee Ticketing Department with day-to-day needs for operating the company's internal employee ticketing process and ticket distribution. Assist with fulfilling free ticket requests for LNE Global Employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in various ticketing software and guest relations. Cultivates relationships with box offices teams and with employees.  WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO Supports the Ticket Concierge program by receiving, recording and inputting information into the employee ticketing site and assists with internal employee sweepstakes and/or internal ticket offers.Manages the internal employee ticketing distribution prior to each showCommands full understanding of employee ticketing policiesAssist in managing the Ticket Concierge inbox as a "customer service" liaison for the system (receives and answers questions about ticketing policies)Monitors technical issues relating to website data feed, website content and ticket transactionsFacilitates ticket delivery of tickets by notifying purchasers and keeping track of inventory for internal ordersCoordinate free unsold last-minute tickets by writing and editing copy to local area employees and compile daily will call list to send to box office teams.Be available by phone/email to handle last minute box office “emergencies”Assist with International Ticket request and confirmationsKeep current with all ticketing trends and Live Nation artist toursAny additional duties as assigned by leadershipProvide info on policies, answer questions, escalate concerns/problems, record complaints/issuesEnsure that confirmed tickets are delivered to employees successfully 100% of the timeWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING: ​Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University2-3 years related entertainment or venue experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Slack) requiredExperience with Ticketmaster and Box office or Ticketing systems (TM, AXS, Evenko) preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks; excellent time and project management skills; demonstrated planning and organizing skillsAbility to accurately maintain checklists, databases and other documents ensuring quality assurance requirements are metSkills to communicate respectfully with diplomacy across all levels of business is essentialGood judgment - knows how to discern between urgent problems and issues that can wait and how to follow through with appropriate action in a timely manner; ability to discretely handle confidential informationAbility to work within a team and willing to go the extra mile for a team memberGreat interpersonal and communications skills - will need to frequently communicate with other function groupsKnowledge about and passion for venues and live music is helpfulCreative problem solver - Capacity to identify potential problems and identify solutions.
