The Venue Applications Analyst plays a pivotal role by ensuring technology at our venues functions seamlessly. Whether inputting system data or troubleshooting technical issues, the Venue IT Services Division supports thousands of end-user operators throughout our amphitheaters, clubs, and theatres. Stakeholders throughout Live Nation rely on consistent, accurate data to make informed business decisions and operate IT applications efficiently. Point-of-Sale (PoS) applications support is the focus of the role, although VAST supports a variety of systems. This role provides nearly all support remotely, but onsite venue engagements throughout the US are not uncommon.
