Job Summary:The Role:Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek is seeking VIP Host staff.  The VIP Host staff will engage with and aid all Live Nation clients that purchase VIP club access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events. VIP Services staff members will be located throughout all our VIP areas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas.Job Functions:Assist in all aspects of the VIP/Premium Seat Services experience - including the club, pavilion/box seats, and parking lotMake sure VIP Club and VIP Boxes are show readyWelcome guests as they enter the VIP entrance. Scan tickets, issue wristbands/credentialsAnswer questions, show guests to their seats, and assist with any other needs that may arise throughout the eveningMonitor VIP Boxes to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permittedDeliver exemplary customer service to exceed expectations and maintain customer loyaltyRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationHelp the PSS team and wait-staff keep the VIP Club tidy and running smoothly throughout the showServe as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience.
