Job Summary:The Role: We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic at White River Amphitheatre! As a Recruiter at Live Nation venue, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth and success of our business for 2023 and beyond.  You will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best and brightest talent for our venue’s team in the full cycle recruiting for all levels of positions (non-exempt to managerial).  STARTING PAY FOR THIS POSITION IS $25.00 PER HOUR. Job Responsibilities: Lead full life cycle recruitment including job description creation & posting, hiring manager communication, candidate submission & relationship management, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, coordinating new hire setup/logistics, etc. Partner with venue managers and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture & business strategy to present talent profiles that deliver on the hiring needs of the business Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, cultural value add and compensation Collaborate with the team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent Continue ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant Assist with other special projects as required Qualifications:Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced culture Ability to be independent, organized and creative with your recruiting strategies  Strong sense of curiosity and an ability to ask questions thoughtfully and thoroughly Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel Ability to quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations within the industry and/or function specialty ----------The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:$20.00 USD - $25.00 Hourly** Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.  It is estimated based upon what an individual working in this position in the state of Washington would be paid.
