Job Summary:The Role: The Event Staff at White River Amphitheatre is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain a high level of safety at our venue. STARTING PAY FOR THIS POSITION IS $20.00 PER HOUR. Job Responsibilities: · Provide a customer friendly environment.· Greet and assist guests to seating area and offer other services as needed.· Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to provide a positive and safe experience for all.· Assist in post-show cleanup of assigned area within the venue. · Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency. · Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without correct tickets or passes.· Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity or designation, using criteria such as seating location, color, or date issued, and direct appropriately.· Directing guests to venue services and facilities.· Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show. Qualifications: · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Prior customer service experience a plus. · Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. · Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.· Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.· A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Available to work nights and weekends with the opportunity for additional hours on non-event days.----------The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:$16.00 USD - $20.00 Hourly** Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
