THE JOBReporting to the Senior Director of Operations you will be responsiblefor planning and execution of Live Nation Maintenance Programs and Projects throughout your respective regions.THE ROLEDevelop programs that identify key success criteria including program, project milestones and budgets.Prepare RFPs and engage vendors required to support the work.ranging from small-scale maintenance projects to large-scale capital improvements.Assist in development of project budgets ranging from small-scale maintenance projects to large-scale capital improvements.Develop a relationship and coordinate meetings with Venue Management as required.Provide weekly schedule and progress status updates throughout relevant projects to all stakeholders.Lead / facilitate any additional coordination meetings required to resolve issues.Record and track all actions weekly to Director of Operations, Venue Management and Regional Vice President.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress against schedule.Responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive, and preventative maintenance systems. Develop and refine processes needed to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.Ability to multitask, prioritize and focus in a fast paced, high demand work environment regardless of weather and other outdoor elements.Build regular Preventative Maintenance Programs for machines, equipment and Venue Facilities.Must have working knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration and Construction Techniques. Certifications are well received.Operate Landscaping Equipment of all types.Be able to use a variety of Hand Tools and Power Tools. Must be able to be certified in Forklift and Manlift operations.Detect Faulty Operations, defective materials and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Comply with all Safety Regulations and OSHA Standards.Assist Venue Management in aspects of facility operations and Maintenance.Must ensure that all outstanding tasks are handled appropriately.Works with Venue Operations Teams to develop budgets for Repairs and Maintenance. Must have the ability to offer recommendations on how to adjust Repairs and Maintenance current finances to meet venue needs and management expectations.Ensure optimum operating condition on all facility equipment.Commit to providing a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems and rectify situations.Consult and work with Venue Management Team to keep the venue safe and clean at all times.Understand partner strengths to determine where the most impact can be generated.QUALIFICATIONSRequires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and maintenance experience.Ability to be Forklift certified. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ Heavy Travel throughout specified regionsComputer Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.Understanding and ability to interpret construction blueprints.
