Job Summary:Description:The Live Nation Canada Brand Partnerships team is seeking an Asset Manager, Brand Partnerships who will be responsible for a variety of Sponsorship operational business functions, working to streamline information access and communication across the partnerships team as well as assist in communication flow with venues, festival partners and concerts & touring business. The Asset Manager will work to ensure our partnership asset inventory at our venues and festivals is curated and communicated appropriately, assist in deal approvals, and support the Brand Partnership team’s research, post reporting and data visualizations effort to maximize sponsorship resultsWe are looking for someone to immerse themselves in our partnerships business, develop a strong understanding of the available partnership assets across our entire portfolio, assist in sharing the success of these assets to our partners and find new ways to contribute to the team via data driven insights.The position reports to the Director, Brand Partnerships.Duties/Responsibilities:Monitor, control, manage Asset and Category Inventory for our festival and venue properties.Curate and define nuances to maximize effective communication within allotted timelines.Create, manage, and maintain asset & category inventory and tracking systems.Consistently communicate inventory information and management with relevant departments to maximize sponsorship opportunities.Assist in any additional data collection for venue & festival properties related to new business proposals.Assist in refining sales systems and processes for a centralized monitoring of inventory.Monitor and maintain communication with all key stake holders.Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/ procedures for reference purposes.Collect and organize relevant festival and venue partnership data as required.Analyze and report sponsorship performance and update inventory with learnings.Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/ procedures for reference purposes.Perform ad-hoc research and analysis to address specific business questions and produce action-based insights.Qualifications:2+ years of work experience in brand partnerships is considered an assetExcellent proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, ExcelA reputation for being “detail oriented” and a “multi-tasker”Knowledge base of general business CMS platforms and sales systemsDemonstrated ability to build solid relationships with internal salespeople and external partnersComfortable working with large data setsAble to effectively articulate and present findings in a concise and actionable mannerPast exercise reviewing partnership contracts and partnership deliverable sheetsDemonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision processStrong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated high-level relationship building skills and enjoys an agile work environmentWe thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.Applicants for employment in Canada must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.Physical Requirements/Work Environment Sitting for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.Employment Equity Live Nation Canada strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by provincial and/or federal law.
