Job Summary:THE TEAMYou will be joining our Network Services team who are responsible for all network technology within our data centres, contact centres and Ticketmaster Client VPN connectivity services across the globe. The team is a lean group of engineers sharing the passion for networking, automation and continuous improvement following agile principles.THE JOBAre you our next network engineer to join our team? WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGMaintain a large number of network devices.Look for opportunities to improve the network stability performance and management.Work on projects as an individual or in groups within our organisationProvide support and skills to resolve issues.Plan schedule and implement changes into our infrastructure.You will work on keeping the network security compliant.Participate in on-call rotation and day to day operationWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Good Knowledge and experience preferably with Cisco, Arista and Fortinet based network environmentsGood knowledge of Firewalls, Routers and SwitchingExperience with network monitoring. Proven experience in deploying, managing and supporting network services in a large and complex environmentDemonstrated problem analysis and resolution skillsExperience with BGP, EIGRP, STP and L4-7 SLBKnowledge of IP packet structure and packet analysisExperience in network security Experience with VPN/tunnelling technologies such as DMVPN, VTI, IPsec and SSL client VPN’sKnowledge of programming language preferable python is a plusKnowledge of and experience working with tooling such as Git and Ansible is a plusYOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)Encourages team unity through sharing information or expertise, working together to solve problems, and putting team success firstDoes not make excuses for errors or problems; acknowledges and corrects mistakes;Sees opportunities for creative problem solving while staying within the parameters of good practice.
