THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESGuest Experience DirectorResponsible for advancing and coordinating Vibee Guest Registration + Concierge operation/officeCoordinate Ticketing staff and oversee operation of Hotel Will CallManage Vibee Concierge Staff's hours and responsibilitiesVibee gift bag approval and sourcingManage guest comms (email & Attentive *specialized team member required)Maintain financial detail of the above costsActively reviewing Vibee revenue streamAR Hospitality ManagerResponsible for advancing all hospitality riderEnsure all hospitality needs are met per the advanceManage one runner and one support staff that EM will provideSecondary POC for all talent teams on the groundAR Support Will report directly to our AR Hospitality ManagerWill assist AR Hospitality Manager in organizing and distributing all rider needs throughout the weekendMust be able to be around talent and maintain a professional demeanorProduction Assistant- Assist PM with all on-site needsResponsible for updating all on-site documents with any ROS time changesEnsure Stage Manager has all required stage rider itemsEnsure PM/tech crew are getting meal breaks when requiredStage Manager (Performers)Main POC for performers and their handlersEnsure the safety of performers while they are walking around the siteWalk talent from green room space to the venue they will be performing inEnsure green room has water, snacks, etc by working with our AR Hospitality CoordinatorEnsure all performers are on time for their setsEnsure green room is left cleaned and secured at the end of each dayStage Manager (Talent)Main POC for talent on our HH and Red Tail StagesLiaison between Event Producer, Talent Booker and TalentEnsure all talent is on time for each setLiaison between talent and hotel AV providerBasic DJ Tech knowledge required for troubleshooting when necessarySite Ops Manager- Main POC for creative team for any/all site ops related needsLiaison between creative vendor and Event Producer during the load-in processEnsure all creative pieces are set up safely and securelyOn call to assist with any site ops needs throughout the event weekendHX Support Will report directly to our HX Manager in destinationWill assist during box office hours with all guest questions, needs and/or concernsMust be tech literate as they will be working on an iPad or laptop in our systemsPrevious customer service experience is highly recommendedStaffing/Office ManagerResponsible for all communication with local staff including pre-event, during event and post event.
