A strong candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to resolve complex problems and thrive in an ambiguous environment.  The successful incumbent is considered a subject matter expert in the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Workday, employee relations, policy interpretation and application; will play a critical role in the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes as well as general HR support for various joint ventures and acquisitions.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOHR Administration, Employee Relations & Recruiting:Provide tactical human resource leadership on business issues affecting unique divisions, manage day-to-day operations of the HR function, and provide input for problem solving, consistency, fairness and/or action planningHandle confidential matters and performs support functions which require a broad and comprehensive knowledge of Company policy and proceduresHandle employee relations issues/concerns and conduct investigations as necessary to resolve according to law, company policy and precedent and escalate to HR VP when appropriate.
