Also working across A&R, Publishing, Creative and Digital, you will provide efficient and effective support to the wider team, with a proactive and positive approach towards any general administrative tasks that may come up day-to-day as well.Main Purpose of Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinate TaP recording studio booking diary and arrange studio access for clientsCollate client updates on behalf of the Management team for TaP's newsletterUpdate TaP's client roster release schedule and circulate to wider teamAttend photo/video shoots to provide assistance to Managers and TaP clientsSeek out and share knowledge of emerging artists or potential new clientsMaintain internal Creative database with up-to-date contacts and credentialsTake minutes during internal/external meetings with music industry contactsAssist with setting up office A/V equipment ahead of meetings and callsMonitor TaP website inbox and handle all enquiries efficientlyHelp with scheduling calls and meetings; send Zoom links and calendar invites as requiredFront of house support; greet guests on arrival, prepare meeting rooms and offer refreshmentsProvide general administrative support to wider team and clientsManage booking system for office meeting roomsOrganise and redistribute inbound office postEnsure office supplies are restocked regularlyPerson Specification Passionate about music with the desire to progress in the industryHighly organised and self-motivated, with meticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal, written and personal communication skills essential to this roleThorough knowledge of social media platforms and up-to-speed on latest social media trendsConscientious; responds positively to instruction and demonstrates commitment to the companyFlexible approach to work; anticipates what needs to be done and adapts to meet multiple deadlinesUndertakes routine tasks as well as the more varied aspects of the role with an enthusiastic attitudeGood IT skills; confident using MS Office, Apple products, Box and DropboxPhotoshop / video editing skills beneficial thought not essentialDiversity and Inclusion TaP Music is an equal opportunities employer.
