Job Summary:The Role:The Cleaning Manager at Red Hat is responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest. Job Functions:Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure cleanliness of the VenueTake Pride in Keeping the Venue a Clean and Safe Place for GuestsInterviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines cleaning service staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
