Job Summary:Title: Coordinator, Radio & StreamingLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, On-Site)  The Role:Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a high caliber candidate for our Radio and Streaming team to execute and further objectives across retail and digital service providers through sales and marketing initiatives. The incumbent needs to be well-spoken, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to manage a high volume of projects. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and be willing to handle administrative responsibilities and work well in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Facilitate sales and streaming commercial processes such as link creation, maintenance, and updates, audio/video account liners: gathering, submissions, edits, organization and distribution, maintenance of internal/external documentsResponsible for maintaining weekly sales and streaming communication internally and externally including but not limited to: Release Schedule, New Music, distribution, playlist adds, Retail/DSP Recaps, etc.Coordinate internal/external department meetings, maintain calendars and schedulesCoordinate and book travel as neededAssist and execute informed pitches for all digital service provider accounts in the form of excel grids, google docs and account specific tools in a timely manner to meet deadlinesReview weekly priorities for data updates and communicate data changes to account teamGather assets for upcoming projects: images, bios, motion graphics for use in recapsUpdate and communicate weekly analytics information, including Shazam on key priority titles for the labelGather any attendee names for shows/showcases and be accessible to attend Label events with radio/commerce, as neededOrganizational ability to gather and monitor budget spends for Department, as neededOversee and update weekly pinned playlists/songs within each artist profile-Spotify, Soundcloud, Pandora by direction of Commerce teamOversee and update artist profiles across streaming platformsAssist in the ideation of how each platform can be used to its full extent for each artist and releaseOther responsibilities and duties, as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceProficient skills in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word are a mustWorking knowledge of key software applications including cloud based storage systems (Box.com) and conference and messaging systems (Zoom/Slack) a plusMusic Industry related tools a plus: Chartmetric, Luminate, Spotify For Artists, Apple Music For Artist, Amazon Music For Artist, Pandora AMP, Mediabase.
