Job Summary:THE TEAMWork closely with the local Finance and the Financial Controller – Asia for Ticketmaster reporting matters. The team plays a vital role in the business, work closely internal stakeholders and the TTM Management and supports the day-to-day finance operations across Ticketmaster platforms and finance systems.THE JOBTo ensure coordination of daily/weekly/monthly finance functions and effective reporting of TTM accounts to ensure corporate controls are adhered to. You will achieve the operational, financial and business objectives of the Company as defined within the Company’s Mission Statement or, as directed by the Financial Controller – Asia.You will look to drive improvement and efficiency through constant review and iteration of our reporting tools, business and commercial processes.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGMonth end responsibilitiesComplete all Balance Sheet submissions from accounting teamComplete month end results (checking PL and BS) before submissionCompile BS roll forward & PL submission templates to FC – Asia for ReviewAssist from time to time Month end preparation of accruals & journals, sales reporting etc – back up for finance accounting team, mainly review the pre-close resultsReview and assist with Rebates/Royalty accrual calculationsCompile and upload monthly forecasting as requiredCompile the monthly forecasting for the online business as requiredAssist with US/UK Corp & Financial Controller – Asia on any month end enquiriesQuarter end and year end responsibilitiesAssist with queries from external/internal auditors.Compile/oversee of Company Year End Tax calculations for TTMAssist with the preparation of the companies annual statutory accounts,Review Lodgement tax accounts & any monthly income tax instalments.Preparation and Lodgement of any taxation payments for TTMAssist with year-end Audit walk through, enquiries with internal and external AuditorsCompile the Annual budgeting submissionsOther responsibilitiesGuide and lead the local Finance team and gear towards an MNC team structureProviding assistance to market on a range of issues from accounting advice to financial systems support.Prepare any insurance requirements for the operation of the business and or for event revenue protectionIdentify and roll out task/job processes to improve/enhance efficiencies across the Finance department & or assist across other departments.Identify, test and implement modifications to financial systems to both streamline current processes and develop new processes.Assist with client contract or event profitable calcsProvide various reporting requirements as needed by CorpAssist in reviewing and approving employee expenses in line with SOA, ensuring that there are processes in place for excessive or unusual expenses are reviewed for reasonableness.Provide direction to team on an ongoing basis (technical, informing upcoming SOA changes or changes to company projects/direction)Ensure all relevant Corporate control policies are implemented by the business.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Experience of working in a multi division and international company preferredQualified accountant with experience of managing peopleBachelor or Master Degree in FinanceStrong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all levels of managementSolid analytical and reasoning abilitiesExperience of audit desiredStrong communication , organisational and leadership skills are requiredStrong knowledge of company wide management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and accountingExperience of SAP and Oracle accounting systems preferredStrong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all levels of managementSolid analytical and reasoning abilitiesProblem solve and investigate reconciling variancesExperience of SAP and Oracle accounting systems preferredMust be fluent in English and ThaiYOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)Work collaboratively with co-workers (Winning Teamwork value)Ability to work independently and also as a teamWorking efficiently and be able to improve a process/system they work inOpen and honest communicationRespectful and understandingCommitment to excellenceLIFE AT TICKETMASTERWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
